Refund Policy

All retail sales of digital products—including but not limited to digital planners, printable worksheets, PDF guides, ebooks, and templates—are final and non-refundable.

Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned" or un-accessed once downloaded, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations after your purchase has been completed and the download link has been provided.

For clients engaging Design Image Digital for Custom Digital Product Development (creating tailored planners, toolkits, or bundles from scratch), the following terms apply:

• Deposits: Any initial deposits or kickoff fees required to secure development time in our studio schedule are strictly non-refundable once work or discovery has commenced.
• Milestone Payments: Payments made upon the approval of specific project milestones (e.g., structure approval, design approval) are final and non-refundable.
• Final Delivery: Upon delivery of the final digital product files to the client, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Purchases of Reseller Licenses for Design Image Digital products are strictly non-refundable.

A Reseller License grants commercial rights and provides access to finalized intellectual property intended for immediate business use. Once the license is granted and the source materials or distribution files are accessed, the value of the license is considered fully delivered.

We do not offer refunds on reseller licenses due to "change of mind," changes in business strategy, lack of sales, or inability to market the product effectively.

While we do not offer refunds, we are fully committed to ensuring you receive a working, high-quality product.

If you experience technical difficulties, such as a corrupted file, broken download link, or a file failing to open in the supported software outlined on the product page, please contact our support team.

Our resolution process: We will replace the corrupted file, fix the broken link, or provide technical guidance to help you access your purchase. If a technical issue on our end cannot be resolved within 5 business days, an exception for a refund may be evaluated at our sole discretion.

Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchase the exact same digital product twice within 24 hours, please contact us with both order numbers, and we will refund the duplicate transaction.

Downloading a digital product and subsequently filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company is considered fraudulent behavior.

Design Image Digital reserves the right to vigorously dispute any chargeback or payment reversal request and will provide the payment processor with supporting documentation, including:

• IP address and timestamp of download
• Acceptance of this Refund Policy
• Proof of digital file delivery
• Any prior email correspondence

In the event of an illegitimate chargeback, your access to all Design Image Digital products, future updates, and future purchases will be permanently revoked.
