Terms of Service

1.1 Ownership: All digital products, including planners, ebooks, templates, worksheets, and website content, remain the exclusive intellectual property of Design Image Digital and its owned brands (such as ADHD Planners and Buy Digital Planners).

1.3 Prohibited Retail Actions: Under a standard retail purchase, you are strictly prohibited from:

• Reselling, redistributing, or sharing the digital files.
• Modifying the designs, extracting graphics, or removing our branding.
• Claiming the products or any included material as your own original work.
• Utilizing the templates to create a competing commercial product.

Design Image Digital offers specific products under a Reseller License for business and commercial use. If you are approved for and purchase a Reseller License, the following specific terms apply:

2.1 Distribution Rights: A Reseller License grants you a non-exclusive right to resell the finalized digital product (typically delivered as a locked PDF) to your end-users or include it as a premium resource within your courses or coaching programs.

2.2 Restrictions on Resellers: You may not alter, edit, rebrand, or extract the source components of the files. The products must be distributed in the format provided by Design Image Digital. Furthermore, you may not pass reseller or PLR (Private Label Rights) to your customers; your customers receive personal-use rights only.

For clients engaging the Studio for custom digital product creation from scratch, the engagement will be governed by a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or consulting agreement.

3.1 Milestone Approvals: Custom development is delivered in stages (Discovery, Structure, Design). Approvals at each stage are final. Revisions requested after stage approval may incur additional fees.

3.2 IP Handover: Upon final delivery and full payment of the custom development fees, the intellectual property rights to the custom product are transferred to the client, allowing full commercial use and distribution as outlined in the SOW.

4.1 Secure Processing: All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party gateways (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). We do not store your credit card information.

4.2 Digital Delivery: Upon successful payment for a retail product or reseller license, you will receive an immediate download link via email and/or on the post-purchase confirmation page. It is your responsibility to ensure you enter the correct email address at checkout and download your files promptly.

Our interactive digital planners and templates often require third-party applications (such as GoodNotes, Notability, Adobe Acrobat, or Canva) to function optimally.

Design Image Digital is not affiliated with these software providers. We are not responsible for the performance, updates, technical issues, or pricing changes of any third-party software required to utilize our files.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Design Image Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of your use of our digital products, templates, or reseller licenses.

We make no representations or guarantees regarding business growth, marketing success, or revenue generation resulting from the use or resale of our products. All products are provided on an "as-is" basis. Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the original purchase price of the specific product or service.
